Help keep the GlutenChat community safe by reporting your restaurant experience.
Your report helps other members with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity make informed decisions about where to eat. All reports are reviewed by our community and factored into the restaurant's Trust Score.
What You Can Report
- Dedicated Fryer Status — Confirm or deny whether a restaurant uses a dedicated gluten-free fryer
- Cross-Contamination Incident — Report a confirmed or suspected cross-contamination event
- Menu Change — Notify the community of changes to gluten-free menu options
- Staff Knowledge — Rate how knowledgeable the staff was about gluten-free preparation
- New Restaurant — Submit a restaurant that isn't yet in our directory

Trust Score Impact
Your reports directly affect restaurant Trust Scores:
- Positive review from Celiac member: +1.5 points
- Positive review from NCGS member: +1.0 point
- Confirmed dedicated fryer: +10 points
- Confirmed cross-contamination: -25 points (penalty period activated)
